UniShores bridges global shores together, with over 10 years experience in the Outsourcing arena we are able to serve a wide range of organisations and industries.

The background to the strategy of early offshoring began in the nineties as vast progress was made in the field of global communications. Thus it became a viable alternative for companies to begin to utilize the advantages of a global workforce. While half the globe sleeps the other half works and so the idea of a 24-hour production or service industry, which alternated between one side of the globe to the other became a feasible alternative to the ending of a business day.

UniShores was closely linked in establishing one of the first of many movements towards this style of business restructuring. By establishing and enabling a major telecommunications company to create an offshore centre UniShores was able to create a workforce that had great skill and flexibility. Thus the technical base could be expanded offshore without compromising any of their European bases.

These initial movements into a global workforce spurred UniShores on to establish centres for major telecommunications companies, leading global marketing organisations, financial groups as well as creating centres of excellence and testing certification centres.

UniShores has been and continues to be a fore runner in this business movement and so many of the procedures and precedents we have established have been taken on board and customised to the needs of many differing organisations.

The experience and knowledge needed to set up an offshore operation should never be under-estimated. However, experience gained from countless operations in this field has enabled UniShores to refine procedures and introduce best practise guides, thus enabling companies to research and establish their offshore operations by using our extensive network of knowledge.

The Managing Director of UniShores also serves on the board of The National Outsourcing Association - a Not-For-Profit trade association, which promotes best outsourcing practice and represents the interests of outsourcing users, suppliers and third party support companies. The ethos of this association is something that UniShores is closely aligned with, our aim is to ease an organisation’s passage into the offshoring forum and with our vast expertise and knowledge allow this to become the springboard to your organisations new and far reaching horizons.
